Thermal Analysis Method Of High Carbon Silicon
Oct 18, 2024
Thermal analysis is a method of detection by determining the physical and chemical changes in high carbon silicon samples during heating.
Among them, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis and thermal expansion analysis are commonly used thermal analysis methods. Thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis determines the carbon content of a high carbon silicon sample by measuring its mass change and heat release at different temperatures. The thermal expansion analysis method is to determine the carbon content of high carbon silicon samples indirectly by measuring the length change during heating.
