After investigation, on the evening of June 9, Ms. Liu had dinner with Mr. Zhou, Mr. Xiao and other friends at the "Outdoor Table 1" of the hotel, and her colleagues had dinner at "Table 7 in the lobby". During the dining process of the guests, Mr. Zhou paid and settled the bill for "1 table outside", and then when Mr. Xiao came to check out again, the hotel staff thought it was the guest of "5 tables outside", which caused an error in the bill and settled the bill. Later, when Mr. Xiao and Ms. Liu settled the bills for "1 table outdoor" and "7 tables in the lobby", they found that there was an error in the bill when they sorted out the bill with the hotel. The staff refunded the wrongly charged fee of 3,400 yuan for "Outdoor 5 tables" on the spot. At that time, Mr. Zhou slapped the store manager because of his emotional agitation after drinking. Regarding the hotel's wrong charge for meals, the Market Supervision Bureau ordered the hotel to suspend operations for rectification, strengthen internal management and training, and deal with the relevant staff seriously.
