In recent years, the ferro silicon market has been affected by multiple factors such as national policy adjustments and changes in production costs, and prices have shown significant fluctuations. However, with the gradual implementation of environmental protection and energy-saving measures, the pollution and energy consumption problems in the production process of ferrosilicon have been effectively alleviated, which indicates that the price of ferro silicon will gradually stabilize. Under the complex international situation, the export scale of ferro silicon in my country continues to expand, which undoubtedly has a positive role in promoting the healthy development of the domestic ferro silicon industry.
With the continuous improvement of the scale of ferro silicon production, ferro silicon has become an indispensable and important raw material for industrial production, especially in the steelmaking process of the steel industry. After long-term development, my country's ferro silicon industry chain has formed a complete operating system from raw material mining, ferro silicon production to processing and application. At present, the layout of ferro silicon production capacity is tending to be centralized, and new capital entering the industry is transferring production capacity to areas with relatively loose environmental capacity. At the same time, in order to further tap the potential for energy conservation and emission reduction, reduce energy consumption and enhance corporate competitiveness, large ferro silicon enterprises are actively adopting large-scale electric furnaces and waste heat power generation technologies. With the maturity of electric furnace waste heat utilization technology, these enterprises are making comprehensive use of large-scale electric furnaces and waste heat power generation technology, which indicates that in the future, it will become a new industry trend for ferro silicon enterprises to build waste heat utilization facilities and use waste heat from electric furnaces to generate electricity.
