The market price of ferro silicon this morning is 5500-5700 yuan/ton for 72#, 6150-6300 yuan/ton for 75#, and 5350-5400 yuan/ton for natural blocks ex-factory. The low price of 72# is in bulk in Shaanxi, and 75# is supported by magnesium ingots. The price has risen slightly this week. The overall market transaction atmosphere is general, there are few stockpilers, and traders just need to purchase back-to-back. The futures and spot companies ship Ningxia natural blocks 05-330/350, and Qinghai natural blocks 05-350.

Factory: Last week (3.24-3.30), the daily output of ferro silicon was 16,416 tons, an increase of 35 tons from the previous period. The increase was mainly due to the conversion of some metal silicon enterprises to special ferro silicon. The Inner Mongolia factory plans to stop 16 ferro silicon furnaces around the 10th. These ferro silicon furnaces mainly produce 75 ferro silicon, which will reduce the daily output of 75# by 700-800 tons.
