June 26 International Anti-Drug Day, Narcotics Police Self-Report

Jun 27, 2022

When I was young, my father often told stories about him and his colleagues punishing evil and promoting good. At that time, I just thought that wearing a police uniform would make me look good. When I grew up, I got my wish and was admitted to the police academy and entered the police battalion. Only then did I understand the "weight" of police uniforms - the burden of protecting the public. When you put on a police uniform, you can only take responsibility.

Before working in the Criminal Police Brigade, I always paid attention to the stories behind those drug-related people. A mother who hates iron will not hesitate to use her life to save her son who is addicted to drugs; a baby waiting to be fed has never seen a father who was imprisoned for drug trafficking after birth... Every family that was originally happy and happy has been torn apart because of drugs.

With sympathy for these families, I entered the anti-drug team. Since then, I have faced vicious gun-wielding drug dealers, interrogated treacherous and cunning suspects, and scolded drug addicts who are ignorant. Although it is difficult, but remembering the original intention of joining the anti-drug team, I choose to continue to persevere and save the drug addicts with care and love.

Efforts pay off in the end. When someone who has successfully detoxed drugs thanked me, and when a family that was reunited told me the good news, I suddenly understood: I broke through the drug barrier, and I gave the world a clear light; I faced the darkness and left the sunshine behind. to the people behind you!

Bravery! Take responsibility! Fearless! This is the anti-drug police. On the occasion of the "6.26" International Anti-Drug Day, let us remember their backs and the sacrifices they made, and hope that the world is free of drugs! Tribute to anti-drug heroes!
