Introduction

Silicon carbon alloy, also known as high carbon silicon. It is a by-product of metallic silicon, with the main elements being silicon and carbon, and the remaining elements being sulfur, phosphorus and carbon dioxide.

Applications
Used as a deoxidizer in the steelmaking industry.
Used as an inoculant and spheroidizer in the cast iron industry.
Used as a reducing agent for low-carbon ferroalloys.

Advantages:
1. Improve the quality of molten steel, product quality and product capacity.
2. Reduce the amount of alloy added, reduce steelmaking costs and improve economic benefits.
3. Low price and very stable quality.
