Calcination process
The production process of calcined coal carburizer/ carbon additive is a relatively complex process, which is mainly divided into three steps: drying, calcination and cooling treatment.
(1) Drying
Place the raw materials in a dryer for preliminary dehumidification. The drying process needs to ensure that the moisture content of the raw materials does not exceed 5% to ensure that the subsequent calcination process can proceed normally.
(2) Calcination
The dewatered raw materials are put into a high-temperature furnace and calcined. In the calcining process, it is necessary to ensure that the oxygen content and temperature in the high-temperature furnace can be controlled to ensure the stable quality of the calcined coal carburizer/carbon additive.
(3) Cooling treatment
The calcined calcined coal carburizer/carbon additive needs to be cooled to room temperature. Cooling treatment requires the use of professional cooling equipment to ensure the control of cooling speed and cooling temperature, thereby ensuring the quality of the calcined coal carburizer/carbon additive.
