Converter steelmaking is a new process developed in recent years, especially for strengthening deoxidizer and fully purifying molten steel. 1. Reduce the consumption of alloy and improve the total yield. Thus reducing production costs.
2. Reduce a large number of impurities in steel grades and improve the fluidity of molten steel. Black high carbon silicon is very helpful for continuous casting of converter steel.
3. Good desulfurization effect, simple use method, reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency.

Black high carbon silicon Usage:
Put black high carbon silicon into ladle before drawing, then add ferrosilicon, ferromanganese or aluminum. When the final steel peroxidation, low carbon steel needs carburization treatment. Usually ,The amount of black high carbon silicon that is Si content between 35-50, C content between 15-25 is better.Of course, the particle size can not be too large. Specific or need to use according to the amount of how much.
